TinVulva is an all female power trio from Brooklyn, NY.
Sarah Soller-Mihlek (guitarist) is originally from Brooklyn but raised in queens. She comes from a Filipino family. Kat Wong (bassist) is originally from the Lower East Side. Her family is Chinese. Vanessa Rondon (drums) was born in Venezuela but grew up in Miami, Fl. She moved to Brooklyn in the summer of 2008.
Kat and Vanessa met working together. One day in the summer of 2010 Kat and Vanessa jammed and on that fateful day TinVulva came to being. After months of writing songs and making them muscle memory they both decided it was time to add their third and final element- Sarah. Sarah joined TinVulva in the end of a bitter cold winter. Since then TinVulva has been playing live gigs in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Generator Ohm is Ernest D’amaso, Michael Morales, and Willie Chen. Generator Ohm enters this frontier as pioneers of a new landscape. We are not here to define what’s to come. We are not here as liaisons of what came before us. It’s not a new subject to say that a musician seeks a new identity, separate from their influences and seeding to a whole genre for themselves.
